Payment
Payment and registration notes
All payments by check only — sorry, no credit cards.
Option 1: full payment with registration.
Option 2: half of total with registration; balance due by March 15, 2027.
Putt Putt Tournament must be paid with the first payment.
New registrations must be received by March 1, 2027.
Please complete one form per person unless sharing with your spouse.
Annual Putt Putt Tournament is $12.00 each — sign up in advance to reserve the golf course and organise teams.
All monies are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance quotes are available and must be purchased within 2 weeks of deposit.
